Und doch bleiben Ausbildung und T\u00e4tigkeit dieser Fachkr\u00e4fte weitgehend unter dem Radar. Bundeslandspezifische Unterschiede in der Ausbildung erschweren einen Gesamtblick auf die f\u00fcr Teilhabe in der Gesellschaft so wichtige Berufsgruppe. Ordnungspolitisch sind aktuell mit der Vorbereitung eines verbindlichen Qualifikationsprofils die Weichen f\u00fcr eine Modernisierung der Berufsbildung in der Heilerziehungspflege gestellt. Vor diesem Hintergrund dient die vorliegende Studie als Bestandsaufnahme des Jahres 2020.
