F\u00fcr Unternehmen d\u00fcrfte dabei auch die Bindung von gut ausgebildeten Nachwuchskr\u00e4ften eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Anhand von vier Fallbeispielen aus unterschiedlichen Berufsbereichen, die aus der Datenbank AusbildungPlus stammen, werden in dieser Publikation die M\u00f6glichkeiten einer Kooperation von Berufsausbildung mit einem Studium vorgestellt. Im Fokus stehen dabei Interviews mit den unmittelbaren Akteuren, die deren Erfahrungen mit diesem Format der bildungsbereichs\u00fcbergreifenden Kooperation dokumentieren.
