Der Sammelband geht der Frage nach, ob Konkurrenz zwischen akademisch und beruflich Qualifizierten tats\u00e4chlich besteht, da sowohl h\u00f6herqualifizierende Berufsausbildung als auch Bachelorstudieng\u00e4nge junge Menschen auf gleichwertige T\u00e4tigkeiten vorbereiten. Diese Frage wird aus vier unterschiedlichen Perspektiven beleuchtet. Zun\u00e4chst wird in einem nationalen Kontext eine systemische Bestandsaufnahme vorgenommen. Hiernach wird der Fokus auf die Akteure, wie Individuen und Unternehmen, gerichtet. Zudem wird der Beitrag hybrider Qualifikationsm\u00f6glichkeiten zur Herstellung einer Kongruenz zwischen beiden Bildungssystemen analysiert. Der Band schlie\u00dft mit Beitr\u00e4gen aus einer internationalen Perspektive. Die Beitr\u00e4ge zeigen Herausforderungen der (Berufs-)Bildungspolitik sowie Handlungsoptionen auf.<\/b><\/p>\n
