Wie kann Organisationsentwicklung zu verbesserter Kita-Qualit\u00e4t f\u00fchren? Der Band stellt zwei von vier im Projekt \u201eForum KITA-Entwicklung\u201c entstandene Expertisen vor, die sich mit dieser Frage besch\u00e4ftigen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, wie Kita-Entwicklung auf Erkenntnisse der Organisationspsychologie zur\u00fcckgreifen kann. Eine besondere Bedeutung hat dabei das Handeln der Kita-Leitung in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Akteuren.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Im Rahmen der Schriftenreihe \u201eWissenschaftliche Untersuchungen zur Arbeit der Stiftung \u201aHaus der kleinen Forscher\u2018\u201c werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig wissenschaftliche Beitr\u00e4ge von renommierten Expertinnen und Experten aus dem Bereich der fr\u00fchen Bildung ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Diese Schriftenreihe dient einem fachlichen Dialog zwischen Stiftung, Wissenschaft und Praxis, mit dem Ziel, allen Kitas, Horten und Grundschulen in Deutschland fundierte Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr ihren Bildungsauftrag zu geben.
\nDer f\u00fcnfzehnte Band der Schriftenreihe der Stiftung \u201eHaus der kleinen Forscher\u201c, mit einem Geleitwort von Armin Schneider, stellt zwei von vier im Projekt Forum KITA-Entwicklung entstandenen Expertisen vor, die sich damit besch\u00e4ftigen, wie Organisationsentwicklung zu verbesserter Kita-Qualit\u00e4t f\u00fchren kann.
\nWandlungsprozesse in Kindertageseinrichtungen werden derzeit mit sehr unterschiedlichen Strategien und Methoden gestaltet und gesteuert. Petra Strehmel zeigt in ihrem Beitrag, wie organisationspsychologisch begr\u00fcndete Ans\u00e4tze der Organisationsentwicklung f\u00fcr den Kita-Bereich adaptiert werden k\u00f6nnen und so dazu beitragen, Ver\u00e4nderungsprozesse professionell zu gestalten. Analysen von Beispielen aus der Praxis geben Hinweise, wie Organisationsentwicklung in Kitas gelingen kann, aber auch, welche Forschungsl\u00fccken zu schlie\u00dfen sind.
\nIm zweiten Beitrag beleuchtet Itala Ballaschk die Rolle von Kita-Leitungen f\u00fcr die Organisationsentwicklung. Sie leitet aus internationaler Forschung ab, dass sich insbesondere F\u00fchrung im Sinne von Leadership auf Prozesse der Organisations- und Qualit\u00e4tsentwicklung positiv auswirkt. Sie zeigt, welche Strukturen und Kompetenzen Kita-Leitungen daf\u00fcr brauchen und dass schlie\u00dflich Leitungshandeln immer nur gemeinsam mit anderen Stakeholdern wie Tr\u00e4ger, Eltern und dem Kita-Team gelingt.
\nDas Schlusskapitel des Bandes beschreibt den Umgang mit den wissenschaftlich fundierten Ergebnissen in der inhaltlichen und strategischen Ausrichtung der Stiftung \u201eHaus der kleinen Forscher\u201c und ihrer fachlichen Weiterentwicklung.<\/p>\n
