Questo libro non offre semplici ricette, ma un approccio sensibile a un percorso formativo essenziale di professionalizzazione dell\u2019insegnante. Attraverso un atteggiamento di apertura alla percezione e l&#8217;inclusione della corporeit\u00e0, si giunge alla consapevolezza di come i processi di apprendimento e di insegnamento possano essere compresi in modo nuovo o diverso. Vignette ed esempi tratti da diversi ambiti pedagogici presentano concetti teorici e riflessioni sulla loro applicazione alla pratica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mit Hilfe der ph\u00e4nomenologischen Vignettenforschung werden die Lesenden an eine Sensibilisierung ihrer Wahrnehmung herangef\u00fchrt, um die ihnen Anvertrauten \u201ajenseits des Gewohnten\u2018 wahrzunehmen. Durch genaues Hinsehen, Hinh\u00f6ren, Hinf\u00fchlen k\u00f6nnen sich neue Sichtweisen und auch Handlungsperspektiven er\u00f6ffnen, die aus eingefahrenen Mustern und Kategorisierungen herausf\u00fchren. An anschaulichen Beispielen \u2013 mit Vignetten und Beispielen aus unterschiedlichen p\u00e4dagogischen Feldern bis hin zur Wahrnehmung von Kunst \u2013 werden die theoretischen Konzepte und Grundlegungen dargelegt und auf ihre Anwendung hin reflektiert. Der offene Ansatz erm\u00f6glicht eine Anwendung in unterschiedlichsten Feldern, etwa Schule, Jugendarbeit, Soziale Arbeit, Erwachsenenbildung, er kann aber auch in Pflege-, Betreuungs- und Begleitungssituationen hilfreich sein. Der Ansatz bezieht sich sowohl auf p\u00e4dagogische Praxis als auch auf Verantwortungs- und Leitungsfunktionen. Wichtige Zug\u00e4nge sind dabei Aspekte der Leiblichkeit und ein Verst\u00e4ndnis von Lernen als Erfahrung, das sich nicht steuern l\u00e4sst, sondern sich immer wieder neu und oft unerwartet ereignet. Sich darauf einzulassen, verlangt eine Preisgabe herk\u00f6mmlicher Vorstellungen von der Ergebnissicherheit des eigenen Handelns, da \u2013 mit Bernhard Waldenfels gesprochen \u2013 das Ergebnis p\u00e4dagogischer Arbeit in die H\u00e4nde jener gelegt wird, die es betrifft.
