Die Beitr\u00e4ge vereinen Ans\u00e4tze aus der Soziologie, Medizin, Psychotherapie, Pflegewissenschaft, Bildungswissenschaft und Linguistik. Dabei diskutieren die AutorInnen eine breite Palette aktueller methodischer Perspektiven in der Gesundheitsforschung (z.B. Biographieanalyse, Professionsforschung, Bildungsforschung). Verschiedene Methoden der qualitativen Datenerhebung und Datenanalyse (z.B. narrative Interviews und soziolinguistische Prozessanalyse, ExpertInneninterviews, Objektive Hermeneutik, Konversationsanalyse) werden vorgestellt und kritisch hinterfragt. Neben der methodologischen Perspektive legt der Band Wert auf Praxisn\u00e4he: Die Beitr\u00e4ge st\u00fctzen sich auf qualitativ-empirische Forschungsprojekte und auf die zielf\u00fchrende Analyse empirischer Daten.
