Erst in dem Augenblick, in dem die Innovation von der Initiations- oder Gr\u00fcnderpers\u00f6nlichkeit an eine Nachfolge \u00fcbergeben wird, kann sich die Innovation als unabh\u00e4ngig von Personen erweisen und damit l\u00e4ngerfristig etablieren. Wie aber kann ein solcher \u00dcbergabeprozess gestaltet werden, und mit welchen Auswirkungen auf den Innovationsprozess ist zu rechnen? Luise Dingers qualitative Studie n\u00e4hert sich dieser Frage basierend auf den Erfahrungen von zw\u00f6lf Vorg\u00e4nger- und Nachfolgepersonen aus f\u00fcnf erfolgreich gegr\u00fcndeten \u00f6sterreichischen Sozialunternehmen, die den ersten F\u00fchrungswechsel in ihrer Organisation aktiv mitgestaltet haben und die hier in Experteninterviews zu Wort kommen. Auf dieser empirischen Grundlage analysiert die Studie die konkrete Gestaltung des personellen Wechsels sowie seine kurz- und langfristigen Auswirkungen auf die Organisation insgesamt.<\/p>\n
