Der Band bietet damit eine kompakte Einf\u00fchrung f\u00fcr Studierende und psychosoziale Fachkr\u00e4fte. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>In der Fachliteratur und in der Praxis der Traumatherapie und der Traumap\u00e4dagogik wird oftmals eine individualisierte Perspektive eingenommen. Die Helfer*innen unterst\u00fctzen in der Regel den traumatisierten Menschen und beziehen h\u00e4ufig nur sehr wenig das soziale Umfeld in die Unterst\u00fctzung mit ein. In diesem Beitrag soll auf die Notwendigkeit einer Einbeziehung wichtiger Personen, hier insbesondere der Familienangeh\u00f6rigen, in die Beratung hingewiesen werden. Einf\u00fchrend wird ein kurzer \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Problematik gegeben, um dann im Anschluss typische famili\u00e4re Problemmuster zu er\u00f6rtern. Fokussiert werden zudem verschiedenste Interventionsebenen: die Psychoedukation, die akuten Hilfen, die Krisenintervention, die Stabilisierung und die Emotionsregulierung.  Hierbei ist zu beachten, dass die Folgen einer Traumatisierung immer biopsychosozial wirken und Hilfen daher auch umfassend gedacht und umgesetzt werden sollten.
