Die L\u00e4nderstudie Japan bietet einen umfassenden \u00dcberblick und detaillierte Einblicke in das japanische System von Bildung, Berufsbildung und Arbeitsmarkt. Typische Charakteristika der Qualifizierung in Japan werden vorgestellt und mit vielen Beispielen illustriert. Japan stellt f\u00fcr die vergleichende Forschung zur beruflichen Bildung einen besonders interessanten Gegenstand dar, da die Mechanismen der Organisation der Qualifizierung erheblich von europ\u00e4ischen Konzepten abweichen. Beispiele hierf\u00fcr sind die hervorgehobene Orientierung am betrieblichen Lernen nach Abschluss der Laufbahn im schulischen Bildungssystem und die geringe Bedeutung von geordneten Berufen im Gegensatz zu betrieblichen Karrieren. Auch der Wandel der japanischen Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft und die Auswirkungen f\u00fcr die Berufsbildung werden in der L\u00e4nderstudie dargestellt.<\/strong><\/p>\n
