Als Ausdruck des \u201ecommunicative turn\u201c in Stadtentwicklungspolitiken und Planungsprozessen sind Aushandlungsprozesse zwischen Akteuren und Interessen meist schon fest in der Konstruktion von Raumpolitiken und -programmen verankert. Unter dem Begriff \u201eGovernance\u201c wird dieser Modus des Aushandelns als Marke \u201eguten Regierens\u201c gern verwendet.
