Der Beitrag stellt die wesentlichen Aspekte der landesrechtlichen Regelungen f\u00fcr die Ausbildung in der Pflegehilfe und -assistenz dar und zeigt Gemeinsamkeiten sowie Unterschiede auf. Auch nach Einf\u00fchrung der generalistischen Ausbildung zur Pflegefachfrau\/zum Pflegefachmann im Jahr 2020 existieren in den Bundesl\u00e4ndern noch 27 verschiedene mindestens einj\u00e4hrige Ausbildungen in der Pflegehilfe und -assistenz mit deutlichen quantitativen und qualitativen Unterschieden.
\nAusgehend von einer vergleichenden \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber die Inhalte der wesentlichen Rechtsnormen und Ordnungsmittel werden Handlungsempfehlungen f\u00fcr eine bundesweite Harmonisierung der Ausbildungen gegeben.<\/strong><\/p>\n
