Die p\u00e4dagogische Gestaltung und Begleitung dieses \u00dcbergangs ist zugleich eine wichtige Entwicklungsaufgabe f\u00fcr die Zusammenarbeit der Institutionen. Die AutorInnen richten den Blick auf die Gelingensbedingungen der Kooperation von Elementar- und Primarbereich und fragen, welche Rolle prozessorientierte Verfahren der Bildungsdokumentation in inklusiven Settings spielen k\u00f6nnen. Sie zeigen, welchen Einfluss diese Verfahren \u2013 Bildungs- und Lerngeschichten, Individuelle Entwicklungs- und F\u00f6rderpl\u00e4ne u.a. \u2013 auf die professionellen Deutungsmuster und Handlungsans\u00e4tze p\u00e4dagogischer Fachkr\u00e4fte in Kindertageseinrichtungen und auf ihre Zusammenarbeit mit Grundschullehrkr\u00e4ften und Eltern haben.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Transition von der Kindertageseinrichtung zur Grundschule bedeutet f\u00fcr alle Kinder eine besondere Herausforderung. Die p\u00e4dagogische Gestaltung und Begleitung dieses \u00dcbergangs kann zugleich als eine wichtige Entwicklungsaufgabe f\u00fcr die Zusammenarbeit auf institutioneller Ebene betrachtet werden. Basierend auf einem qualitativen Forschungsdesign wird die p\u00e4dagogische Situation von Kindern mit Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen und Entwicklungsrisiken fokussiert. Die Studie untersucht den Einfluss von prozessorientierten Verfahren der Bildungsdokumentation \u2013 Bildungs- und Lerngeschichten, Individuelle Entwicklungs- und F\u00f6rderpl\u00e4ne u.a. \u2013 auf die professionellen Deutungsmuster und Handlungsans\u00e4tze p\u00e4dagogischer Fachkr\u00e4fte in Kindertageseinrichtungen, auf ihre konkrete Zusammenarbeit mit Grundschullehrkr\u00e4ften und auf das Kooperationsverh\u00e4ltnis mit den Eltern. Zentral sind die beiden Fragestellungen, ob sich prozessorientierte Verfahren der Bildungsdokumentation als materielle Basis f\u00fcr eine nicht-etikettierende und St\u00e4rken-orientierte Reflexion und p\u00e4dagogische Begleitung kindlicher Bildungsprozesse im Sinne einer inklusiven P\u00e4dagogik eignen und ob sich \u00fcber diese Instrumente eine Vernetzung von Kindertageseinrichtungen, Elternhaus und Grundschule produktiv entwickeln l\u00e4sst.
