Die Praxeologische Wissenssoziologie sowie die Dokumentarische Methode zeichnen sich durch fortdauernde Reflexion, Ausdifferenzierung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer Kategorien in der empirischen Auseinandersetzung aus. Im Zentrum stehen das Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen propositionaler und performativer Logik sowie die Kategorie des konjunktiven Erfahrungsraums. Die Autor*innen bearbeiten dies f\u00fcr organisationale konjunktive Erfahrungsr\u00e4ume und fokussieren p\u00e4dagogische Felder und solche der sozialen Arbeit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend sich die ersten empirischen und metatheoretischen Rekonstruktionen vor allem mit den gesellschaftlichen und interaktiven konjunktiven Erfahrungsr\u00e4umen befassten (vgl. Bohnsack 1989), stehen in j\u00fcngerer Zeit die organisationalen konjunktiven Erfahrungsr\u00e4ume im Zentrum der empirischen und metatheoretischen Analyse, was sich u.a. in der Differenzierung der Begrifflichkeiten ausdr\u00fcckt (vgl. u.a. Bohnsack 2017a, 2017b; Wagener 2020). Zugleich ist es ein Ziel der Mehrebenenanalyse der Praxeologischen Wissenssoziologie bzw. der Dokumentarischen Methode, die Erfahrungsr\u00e4ume auf den Ebenen der Interaktion, der Gesellschaft und der Organisation in ihrer Relation zueinander in den Blick zu nehmen. Dadurch und aufgrund ihrer Anwendung in unterschiedlichen Handlungsfeldern und Gegenstandsbereichen wird eine Ann\u00e4herung an generelle Fragen wie etwa diejenige der Professionalisierung im Rahmen gesellschaftlicher Organisationen (vgl. Bohnsack 2020) m\u00f6glich. Das Anliegen des geplanten Bandes ist es, diesen Felder und Organisationen \u00fcbergreifenden Austausch zu differenzieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Im Zentrum sollen Aspekte einer mit der Praxeologischen Wissenssoziologie bzw. Dokumentarischen Methode verbundenen aktuellen Organisations- und Professionalisierungsforschung stehen.
\nEine elementare metatheoretische und empirisch fundierte Kategorie ist diejenige der konstituierenden Rahmung als eine spezifische Auspr\u00e4gung des organisationalen Erfahrungsraums sowie als konstitutive Bedingung f\u00fcr Professionalit\u00e4t bzw. Professionalisierung (vgl. Bohnsack 2017a, 2017b, 2020), z.B. im Kontext von Schule und Unterricht (vgl. Sturm\/Wagener\/Wagner-Willi 2020; Wagener 2020; Sturm i.V.). Sie ist Bestandteil bzw. Voraussetzung des konjunktiven Erfahrungsraums bzw. des Interaktionssystems von Professionellen und ihrer Klientel(-gruppen), insbesondere in people-processing-organizations, also solchen Organisationen, die \u00fcber die Identit\u00e4t ihrer Klientel entscheiden (vgl. Luhmann 1978, S. 248). Damit verbunden sind (offene) Fragen u.a. zur Fachlichkeit, zur impliziten bzw. praktischen Reflexion des Spannungsverh\u00e4ltnisses von propositionaler und performativer Logik, zur (methodischen) Relation von proponierter und performativer Performanz sowie zur formalen Analyse der Interaktionsorganisation. Der wissenschaftliche Austausch zwischen verschiedenen Handlungsfeldern im Kontext unterschiedlicher People-Processing-Organizations, vor allem der Kindheitsp\u00e4dagogik, der Schulp\u00e4dagogik, der Sozialp\u00e4dagogik und der Sozialen Arbeit und der Universit\u00e4t, mit ihren diversen Gegenstandsbez\u00fcgen soll sowohl die Bandbreite der praxeologischen Organisations- und Professionalisierungsforschung abbilden als auch Diskussionen \u00fcber die genannten (offenen) Fragen \u2013 und dar\u00fcber hinaus \u2013 anregen.<\/p>\n
