Dies stellt nach wie vor ein Desiderat der Beratungsforschung dar. Die Beratung von Personen und Organisationen hat sich im Kontext p\u00e4dagogischer Handlungspraxen fest etabliert. Sowohl die Praxis wie auch die Beratungsforschung setzen den Klientenstatus von Organisationen voraus. Eine theoretisch begr\u00fcndete Analyse der Klientenkonstitution von Organisationen steht aber bis dato noch aus.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b>Die Arbeit greift diese Forschungsl\u00fccke auf und entwickelt ein Modell, das auch f\u00fcr Organisationen einen theoretisch begr\u00fcndeten Anschluss an das Fall- und Klientenkonzept in der Lesart des Professionsansatzes Ulrich Oevermanns erlaubt.
