Schule soll zu einem Ort demokratischer Prim\u00e4rerfahrungen werden. Im Durchlauf solcher Erfahrungen, so die p\u00e4dagogische Hoffnung, m\u00f6gen sich die Sch\u00fcler zu m\u00fcndigen B\u00fcrgern entwickeln. Die vorliegende Falstudie untersucht die Praxis der Sch\u00fclerpartizipation an einer Regel- und einer Reformschule anhand je eines schulweiten Aushandlungsprozesses und macht dabei auf die Diskrepanz zwischen dem Versprechen auf Teilhabe und den realen Entscheidungshierarchien aufmerksam.<\/strong>
\nIn der Rede vom Demokratie-Lernen gewinnt die Praxis der Partizipation in der Schule eine herausgehobene
\nBedeutung. Jedoch m\u00fcnden verst\u00e4rkte Bem\u00fchungen um eine demokratische Schulkultur in pseudodemokratischen
\nKonstellationen, die nur programmatisch behauptet, ggf. verwaltungstechnisch vollzogen, von den Akteuren
\naber weder ernst genommen noch gelebt werden. Regelsch\u00fcler zeigen sich als Realisten und richten
\noffensichtlich keine gro\u00dfe Erwartung an die schulische Mitbestimmung, sondern erf\u00fcllen vielmehr im Sinne
\neiner \u201everordneten Autonomie\u201c ein Pflichtprogramm, dem sie selbst keinen eigenen Wert beimessen. Die Emphase
\nder reformp\u00e4dagogischen Proklamation der demokratischen Schule f\u00fchrt hingegen augenscheinlich zu
\neiner gelebten Scheindemokratie. So tritt uns in der Reformschule eine erstaunliche Beteiligungsbereitschaft
\nder Sch\u00fcler entgegen, die aber keine Entsprechung in der Partizipationskultur der Schule findet. Paradoxerweise
\ngewinnt der Beobachter den Eindruck einer gelebten Partizipation ungeachtet deren faktischer Verhinderung.<\/p>\n
