Inwieweit sind seine Ans\u00e4tze f\u00fcr p\u00e4dagogische Organisationen anwendbar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Neoinstitutionalismus ist eine Organisationstheorie, die in den letzten 30 Jahren eine rasche Entwicklung insbesondere in den USA, aber auch in anderen L\u00e4ndern erfahren hat. Auch in der Erziehungswissenschaft zeichnet sich zunehmend eine Rezeption dieses Ansatzes ab. Seine Grundannahme ist, dass Organisation jeweils legitimiert werden muss, um die routinem\u00e4\u00dfige Zuordnung von Mitteln zu Zwecken als rational gelten zu lassen. Dabei werden andere Rationalit\u00e4tsannahmen als nur Effizienz bzw. Effektivit\u00e4t beansprucht. Es ist deshalb keine \u00dcberraschung, dass der Ansatz urspr\u00fcnglich f\u00fcr die Untersuchung und Darstellung von Non-Profit-Organisationen herangezogen wurde.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr Organisationen interessiert ebenso, inwieweit es \u00c4hnlichkeiten in ihrer Organisation gibt (Isomorphie) bzw. wie sich \u00c4hnlichkeiten bei Typen von Organisationen ausbilden (organisationale Felder). Wichtig ist au\u00dferdem die Annahme, dass Organisationen nicht nur auf einer Rationalit\u00e4tsannahme basieren, sondern in ihnen mehrere, h\u00e4ufig auch widerspr\u00fcchliche Annahmen zugrunde gelegt werden. Das wird mit dem h\u00e4ufig \u00fcbernommenen Begriff der Entkopplung beschrieben.
