Daf\u00fcr werden eingangs theoretische und empirische Erkenntnisse der Parteienforschung diskutiert. Fallstudien und vergleichende Analysen zu Effekten von Machtfragmentierungen in Parteiorganisationen auf Finanzierung, Kommunikation, Rekrutierung, Wahlerfolg, Organisationsreformen und Personalentwicklungsma\u00dfnahmen von Parteien bilden die Schwerpunkte des Bandes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zentrale Fragen, auf die die AutorInnen Antworten aus theoretischen und empirischen Perspektiven geben, sind: Welche Bedingungen beg\u00fcnstigen den Erfolg und die Stabilit\u00e4t von Parteiorganisationen? Welche Ver\u00e4nderungsperspektiven und -optionen bieten sich Parteiorganisationen? Erbringen die in j\u00fcngster Zeit besprochenen neueren Organisationsmodelle wie die grass-roots- oder Netzwerkparteien den Einklang von Partizipation und Effizienz? Daraus ableitbare Fragen sind: Wie sind die h\u00e4ufig konstatierten Prozesse der Professionalisierung der Parteiapparate konkret ausgestaltet; und auf welchen Wegen k\u00f6nnen sich Parteien gesellschaftlich \u00f6ffnen, um der Erosion ihrer Mitgliederbasis entgegenzuwirken, ohne ihre Kampagnenf\u00e4higkeit zu beeintr\u00e4chtigen?<\/p>\n<p>Im ersten Teil des Sammelbands wird eine theoretische Grundlage f\u00fcr die empirischen Analysen des Binnenlebens von Parteien gebildet. Unter Bezugnahme auf historische Entwicklungen werden Parteiorganisationsmodelle der internationalen Parteienforschung und deren Implikationen f\u00fcr die wissenschaftliche Untersuchung von Parteiorganisationen diskutiert. Fallstudien und vergleichende Analysen zu Effekten von Machtfragmentierungen in Parteiorganisationen auf Finanzierung, Kommunikation, Rekrutierung und Wahlerfolg von Parteien bilden die Schwerpunkte des zweiten Teils. Ber\u00fccksichtigung finden auch Parteien au\u00dferhalb des deutschen Parteiensystems.
