Die Wahrnehmung des Schutzauftrages f\u00fcr Kinder in Form von \u201eErsatzerziehung\u201c in Pflegefamilien wird von der Jugendarbeit immer dann eingesetzt, wenn die Eltern selbst nicht in der Lage sind, ihre Kinder vor Gef\u00e4hrdungen zu sch\u00fctzen. Da zur Situation von Kindern in Pflegefamilien bislang erstaunlich wenig geforscht wurde, nimmt sich dieser Band die vielf\u00e4ltigen Problemlagen und Konfliktbereiche von Kindern an und arbeitet sie sowohl theoretisch wie praxisnah auf. Ein Buch f\u00fcr die Soziale Arbeit, das Pflegekinderwesen, Pflegeeltern, Lehrende und Studierende der einschl\u00e4gigen Studieng\u00e4nge.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Kinderschutz wird erneut zum hoch ideologisierten Feld in der Sozialen Arbeit. Die moderne Jugendhilfe bedient sich in der Wahrnehmung ihres Schutzauftrages f\u00fcr Kinder der Pflegefamilien als ein bew\u00e4hrtes, staatlich kontrolliertes Modell privat organisierter \u201eErsatzerziehung\u201c immer dann, wenn Eltern nicht in der Lage sind, ihre Kinder vor Gef\u00e4hrdungen zu sch\u00fctzen. Eine kritische Betrachtung und Begleitung der Pflegeverh\u00e4ltnisse wird h\u00e4ufig nicht realisiert. Dies f\u00fchrt dazu, dass der Alltag von Kindern in Pflegefamilien weitgehend unerforscht ist, ebenso wie der Verlauf und der \u201eErfolg\u201c von Pflegeverh\u00e4ltnissen. Die Situation von Pflegekindern und ihren Familien ist von Inkonsistenzen in der Qualit\u00e4t von Hilfen gekennzeichnet, die nach einer kritischen \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung verlangen und gleichzeitig auch nach einer professionstheoretischen Diskussion \u00fcber fachliche und inhaltliche Konzeptionen.<\/p>\n

Ziel diese Bandes ist es, die Problematiken in dem Spannungsverh\u00e4ltnis Pflegefamilie \u2013 Jugendhilfe \u2013 Kindeswohl zu benennen und zu diskutieren. Die Perspektive der Kinder steht dabei im Mittelpunkt.<\/p>\n
