Die Grundlage einer Kooperation zwischen Jugendhilfe und Schule liegt in der Bearbeitung gemeinsamer Aufgaben und der Wahrung eigenst\u00e4ndiger Profile. Damit die vielfach geforderte Kooperation auf gleicher Augenh\u00f6he gew\u00e4hrleistet werden kann, muss es um die Entwicklung geeigneter Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr eine ad\u00e4quate Planung und Steuerung der Kooperation gehen; die zentrale Handlungsebene daf\u00fcr ist die Kommune. Das Buch besch\u00e4ftigt sich exemplarisch mit einzelnen Feldern wie die Kooperation mit der Kinder- und Jugendarbeit sowie mit aktuellen Themen wie die Soziale Arbeit an Schulen, Berufsorientierung und \u00dcbergang in den Beruf und mit kommunalen Strukturen und Planungskonzepten. Das Buch spricht sowohl die Fachkr\u00e4fte in der Praxis der Kooperation an als auch die Leitungskr\u00e4fte, Kommunalpolitiker\/innen, Schulaufsicht etc., die die Kooperation vor Ort in den Kommunen, z.B. in der Schulentwicklungs- und Jugendhilfeplanung, planen und steuern.<\/strong><\/p>\n
