Unentbehrliche Grundlage f\u00fcr die rekonstruktive Organisationsforschung.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Dieses Buch leistet eine kompakte Einf\u00fchrung in die rekonstruktive Organisationsforschung. Dabei werden zun\u00e4chst die besonderen Anforderungen an die Sinnrekonstruktion in Organisationen herausgearbeitet. Behandelt werden unter anderen Themen wie \u201eOrganisationskultur,\u201c \u201eSensemaking in kollektiven Prozessen,\u201c\u201eRahmen und Rahmungsprozesse,\u201c sowie die \u201eMittlerfunktion von Technik.\u201c<\/p>\n

Im zweiten Kapitel werden g\u00e4ngige Erhebungsverfahren vorgestellt, insbesondere die teilnehmende Beobachtung, das Gruppendiskussionsverfahren sowie das Experteninterview wird ausf\u00fchrlicher eingegangen. Mit der dokumentarischen Methode, wie sie von Ralf Bohnsack und seiner Arbeitsgruppe weiterentwickelt wurde, wird schlie\u00dflich eine methodologische Engf\u00fchrung der vorangehend aufgeworfenen Fragen aufgezeigt.<\/p>\n

Wie eine forschungspraktische Umsetzung der benannten Anforderungen aussehen kann, wird im dritten Kapitel anhand des Forschungsprojektes \u201e\u00c4rztliche Entscheidungsprozesse im Spannungsfeld von System und Zweckrationalit\u00e4t\u201c illustriert. Neben der Frage des Forschungsdesigns wird dabei insbesondere auch auf die einzelnen Schritte der Interpretation des Datenmaterials ausf\u00fchrlicher eingegangen.<\/p>\n

Das abschlie\u00dfende Kapitel baut eine Br\u00fccke zwischen der rekonstruktiven Organisationsforschung und den derzeit dominanten organisationssoziologischen Ans\u00e4tzen. Es werden Anschl\u00fcsse bzw. Abgrenzungen gesucht zum Modell des \u201eRational Choice,\u201c zum \u201emikropolitischen Ansatz,\u201c zum \u201eNeo-Institutionalismus\u201c und nicht zuletzt zur Luhmannschen Systemtheorie.<\/p>\n
