Dieses Buch gibt einen Einblick in die Komplexit\u00e4t des multiprofessionellen Kooperationsmanagements von Gesundheits- und Sozialdiensten. Es ist dar\u00fcber hinaus ein begleitendes Arbeitsbuch f\u00fcr StudentInnen von Management-Studieng\u00e4ngen, die Management aus der Perspektive Kooperation focussieren. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Das Buch ist als Lehrbuch f\u00fcr Studierende aufgebaut. Es markiert Signalbegriffe, bietet zentrale Lernkontrollfragen und gibt Hinweise f\u00fcr die Minimallekt\u00fcre.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Das Gelingen von Hilfeleistungen in Gesundheits- und Sozialdiensten h\u00e4ngt nicht nur von dyadischen Interaktionen ab, sondern vielmehr von spezialisierten Berufsgruppen, die sowohl mit Patienten\/Klienten als auch untereinander interagieren. Kooperationen stehen infolge-dessen im Mittelpunkt dieser Einrichtungen.<\/p>\n

Der Bedarf Kooperation wird weder von MitarbeiterInnen von Gesundheits- und Sozialdiensten noch von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften selbst bestritten. Aus der Notwendigkeit zur Kooperation entwickeln sich aber nicht unbedingt Kooperationsprozesse. Zum einen liegt es daran, dass Situationen immer wieder neu und anders bewertet werden m\u00fcssen und daher Zusammenarbeit auf einem st\u00e4ndigen Abstimmungsprozess beruht, zum anderem liegt es am komplexen Umfeld. Kennzeichen daf\u00fcr sind \u00dcberschneidungen von Aufgabengebieten, unterschiedliche Terminologien, auftretende korporative und diversifikative Strukturen, die unterschiedlichen anzutreffenden Paradigmen usw. Diese von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften und MitarbeiterInnen erlebten Barrieren, f\u00fchren h\u00e4ufig zu Spannungen, die in Kooperationsprozessen oftmals dazu f\u00fchren, dass vordergr\u00fcndig keine gemeinsame Grundlage entwickelt werden kann und die angestrebte Kooperation schlie\u00dflich fehlschl\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n

Dieses Buch zeigt dabei einerseits die Notwendigkeit von Kooperation auf und beschreibt das Managen von Kooperationsprozessen. Andererseits beleuchtet es die Bedingungen die Kooperationen in Gesundheits- und Sozialdiensten beeinflussen. Dargelegt werden u.a., eine professionstheoretische Analyse von beruflicher Kooperation und die Bedeutung von Professions- und Handlungslogiken f\u00fcr das Kooperationsmanagement. Ebenso werden der Begriff des Netzwerks und seine Bedeutung f\u00fcr Unternehmenskooperation erl\u00e4utert. Am Beispiel der Psychiatrie wird gezeigt, inwieweit bestimmte Organisationskulturen und deren Subkulturen eine Herausforderung f\u00fcr das Kooperationsmanagement darstellen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden betriebswirtschaftliche und rechtliche Komponenten der Kooperation n\u00e4her gebracht.<\/p>\n
