Agency ist ein f\u00fcr die Soziale Arbeit neuer Begriff, der hier vorgeschlagen wird, um die Orientierung an den Adressatinnen und Adressaten sowohl f\u00fcr die Praxis als auch theoretisch fundiert gew\u00e4hrleisten zu k\u00f6nnen. Der grundlegende Band zeigt auf der Basis internationaler Konzepte und Modelle, wie dies gelingen kann.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Orientierung an den Adressatinnen und Adressaten ist eine immerw\u00e4hrende Forderung in der Sozialen Arbeit. Die Adressatenorientierung ist auch Blickpunkt theoretischer Auseinandersetzungen. Dabei f\u00e4llt auf, dass schon der Begriff des Adressaten in erster Linie auf die Institutionen sozialer Hilfe verweist. Dieser Fokus soll hier erweitert werden. Vorgeschlagen wird, nicht von dem Begriff des Adressaten auszugehen, sondern zur theoretischen Kl\u00e4rung den weiter gefassten und in der sozialwissenschaftlichen Diskussion theoretisch grundlegenderen Begriff des Akteurs zu verwenden. Dieser er\u00f6ffnet gleichzeitig Zug\u00e4nge zu internationalen Diskussion und Erforschung des sozialen Ph\u00e4nomens agency. In diesem Buch erstmals in der deutschsprachigen Diskussion diese f\u00fcr die Soziale Arbeit zentralen Diskurse um die St\u00e4rkung der Handlungsm\u00e4chtigkeit der Akteure (agency) aufgenommen und aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven beleuchtet. Das Buch richtet sich als Grundlagenband an Forschende, Lehrende und Studierende der Erziehungs- und Sozialwissenschaften und l\u00e4sst es sich aufgrund seines \u00dcberblickscharakters auch sehr gut in der Lehre einsetzen.<\/p>\n
