Wie beeinflussen informelle Prozesse innerhalb und jenseits der formalen staatlichen Institutionen die Verteilung der Macht und die Entscheidungsprozesse der politischen Elite? Welche Elemente sind nur vor\u00fcbergehende, welche eher dauerhafte Erscheinungen in Ungarn, Polen, Russland und der Ukraine?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das Buch versteht sich als Einf\u00fchrung im Rahmen der vergleichenden Analyse der politischen Systeme Ost(mittel)europas. Eine systematische Einleitung erl\u00e4utert zun\u00e4chst zentrale Konzepte. Die L\u00e4nderstudien bieten dann \u2013 unterst\u00fctzt durch Schaubilder \u2013 eine kurze \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber die wichtigsten staatlichen Institutionen und untersuchen empirisch fundiert informelle politische Prozesse vor allem unter drei Aspekten: (1) Charakter und Hauptmechanismen informeller Politik in verschiedenen institutionellen Kontexten; (2) Dimensionen der Personalisierung von Politik; (3) Legitimit\u00e4t und Massenloyalit\u00e4t im Kontext nationaler politischer Kulturen und ihres historischen Erbes.
