Ziel ist die Erforschung der Ursachen f\u00fcr die Unterrepr\u00e4sentanz von Frauen in F\u00fchrungs- und Leitungspositionen im akademischen Bereich. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wie die Universit\u00e4t als Berufsfeld und Arbeitsplatz derzeit f\u00fcr Frauen und M\u00e4nner in Deutschland und in ausgew\u00e4hlten L\u00e4ndern Europas gestaltet ist, steht im Zentrum des Bandes. Der Analyse der Karrierechancen und -hindernisse von Frauen an Hochschulen kommt hierbei der zentrale Stellenwert zu.
