Und wie kann sich vor diesem Hintergrund eine Projektorganisation entwickeln? Am Beispiel von zwei Musikevents wird gezeigt, wie jenseits von Change-Management und Personalentwicklung Kompetenzentwicklung als Voraussetzung von Organisationsentwicklung stattfinden kann.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eGanz vorne, am Graben, dr\u00fccken sich einige Fans gegen die Absperrung. [\u2026] Der Frontmann [\u2026] schreit ekstatisch in sein Mikrofon und spuckt immer wieder auf den Teppich, den die Stagehands kurz zuvor in der B\u00fchnenmitte ausgerollt hatten. Nach einigen Minuten bemerke ich, dass sich neben mir andere Freiwillige eingefunden haben. Jetzt stehen etwa zehn von uns an der B\u00fchne und wir l\u00e4cheln und nicken uns gegenseitig zu. Nach Tagen und Wochen harter Arbeit wissen wir, dass wir es geschafft haben. Das hier ist der Lohn, f\u00fcr den wir all dies tun. Nicht das Ticket, nicht der Zugang zum Backstage-Bereich, sondern genau dieser Moment.\u201c<\/em><br \/>\nMusikfestivals sind Projekte mit kaum kalkulierbaren Risiken und wirken auf den ersten Blick chaotisch. Bei genauerem Hinsehen wird jedoch deutlich, dass es sich um eine komplexe Organisation und genau aufeinander abgestimmte Einzelt\u00e4tigkeiten von vielen Personen handelt. Die Kompetenzen der Handelnden spielen in derartigen Kontexten f\u00fcr die organisationale Entwicklung eine zentrale Rolle. Doch wie ist der Zusammenhang von Kompetenzentwicklung und organisationalen Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen in derartigen neuen Arbeitsfeldern beschaffen?<br \/>\nUm dies zu ergr\u00fcnden hat Petra F. K\u00f6ster Festivals als Kontext von Kompetenzentwicklungsprozessen und organisationaler Ver\u00e4nderung ethnographisch erforscht. Das Ergebnis ist eine \u201edichte Beschreibung\u201c organisationaler Sinnzusammenh\u00e4nge, welche sie zu einem differenztheoretischen und betriebsp\u00e4dagogischen Analyserahmen in Beziehung setzt. Sie macht auf diese Weise sichtbar, wie an Stelle von strategischer Planung gleichsam evolution\u00e4re Prozesse der individuellen und organisationalen Entwicklung wirksam werden und auf diese Weise komplexes Organisieren erm\u00f6glichen.
