Die vorliegende Untersuchung kombiniert quantitative und qualitative Daten aus der Absolventenforschung in NRW. Kern der Arbeit ist die Entwicklung einer quantitativen Skala zur Einsch\u00e4tzung der Anforderungen und F\u00e4higkeiten von angehenden LehrerInnen in ihren beruflichen Handlungsfeldern.
