Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird die bildungspolitische Ausrichtung der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe als ambivalente Leitnorm diskutiert und die verschiedenen Ans\u00e4tze in der Kooperation von Jugendhilfe und Schule und der Ganztagsbildung vorgestellt.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In dem Buch wird als Referenz- und Ausgangspunkt der erweiterte und am Kompetenzbegriff von Habermas angelegte Bildungsbegriff des 12. Kinder-und Jugendberichtes mit seinen zentralen Elementen: Bildungsbiografischer Zugang, Kompetenzbereiche und Weltbez\u00fcge, Informelles Lernen und Bildungsmodalit\u00e4ten, Bildung als Ko-Produktion und der Trias von Bildung, Betreuung und Erziehung dargestellt und in einen exemplarischen Kontext bildungsgeschichtlichen Denkens von der Antike \u00fcber Humboldt bis zu Heydorn und Adorno gestellt. In einem Exkurs werden dar\u00fcberhinaus die Impulse des Capability-Ansatzes f\u00fcr diesen breiten gesellschaftlichen Bildungsdiskurs aufgenommen. Vor diesem Hintergrund besch\u00e4ftigt sich das Buch dann mit den spezifischen Bildungsdiskursen in der Kinder-und Jugendhilfe, sowohl in den 1960er Jahren, wie in den aktuellen Formen der Diskussion um \u201eBildung als riskante Leitnorm\u201c. Aus diesen Bez\u00fcgen abgeleitet diskutiert der Autor in der Folge verschiedene Auspr\u00e4gungen der zurzeit in Wissenschaft und Praxis vieldiskutierten Kommunalen Bildungslandschaften und identifiziert darin vier Entwicklungstypen nach den Kriterien: Bildungsbegriff, Raumbegriff, Kooperation Jugendhilfe und Schule und Steuerung und Management.
