W\u00e4hrend sie aktuell meist im Zusammenhang mit Fachkr\u00e4fteeinwanderung diskutiert wird, liegen empirische Erkenntnisse zur intraprofessionellen Kommunikation vor dem Hintergrund der Professionalisierung der Pflege noch nicht vor. Diese Forschungsl\u00fccke wird mit der vorliegenden Arbeit gef\u00fcllt. Grundlage ist eine qualitative Analyse von 26 \u00dcbergabegespr\u00e4chen in f\u00fcnf Kliniken, ausgewertet mittels Wortschatz-, Diskurs- und strukturierender Inhaltsanalyse. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass pflegerische Expertise sprachlich oft unkenntlich bleibt. Daraus leitet die Autorin ab, dass die Etablierung einer professionellen Pflegesprache entscheidend ist, um Pflegehandlungen, -entscheidungen und -kompetenzen sichtbar zu machen.
