Die Autorin rekonstruiert die biografischen, arbeitsplatzspezifischen und lebensweltlichen Bedingungen, die das subjektive Gesundheitshandeln und -verst\u00e4ndnis in der Care-Arbeit pr\u00e4gen. Ihre Ergebnisse er\u00f6ffnen den Blick auf das Verh\u00e4ltnis von gesundheitsbezogenen, individuellen und kollektiven F\u00fcrsorge- und Selbstsorgestrategien in der Arbeits- und Lebenswelt. Damit bietet das Buch eine theoretische Basis, mit biografischer und salutogenetischer Perspektive die Gesundheit p\u00e4dagogischer Kr\u00e4fte zu betrachten und f\u00fcr Konzepte der Gesundheitsf\u00f6rderung und Pr\u00e4vention nutzbar zu machen. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Basierend auf der Grounded Theory werden fokussiert-narrative sowie episodische Interviews mit p\u00e4dagogischen Kr\u00e4ften untersucht. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Gesundheit als dynamisches Ph\u00e4nomen verstanden wird, das durch ein Gleichgewicht von Selbstsorge und F\u00fcrsorge erhalten wird. Die pr\u00e4ventiven und reaktiven Handlungsstrategien der p\u00e4dagogischen Kr\u00e4fte umfassen Kommunikations-, Unterst\u00fctzungs- und Ausgleichsstrategien, die sowohl im beruflichen als auch im privaten Kontext angewendet werden. Diese Strategien f\u00f6rdern die Arbeitszufriedenheit, physische, psychische und soziale Gesundheit sowie Selbstwirksamkeit, stehen jedoch oft im Spannungsfeld zwischen professioneller F\u00fcrsorge und individueller Selbstsorge.<br \/>\nDas Buch leistet einen Beitrag zur Erweiterung der bisherigen, pathogenetisch orientierten Forschung, indem es die Bedeutung biografischer und sozialer Bedingungen f\u00fcr das Gesundheitshandeln in der Care-Arbeit beleuchtet.
