Sie verortet das p\u00e4dagogische Selbst zwischen Disziplin und Profession einerseits und zwischen Negation, (Re-)Produktion und Reflexion andererseits. Die Autorin bearbeitet dieses Verh\u00e4ltnis anhand empirischer Momentaufnahmen sowohl aus kommunikations-, anerkennungs- und professionalit\u00e4tstheoretischer Perspektive als auch in Hinblick auf Generationalit\u00e4t und Adultismus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In dem Buch werden unterschiedliche Perspektiven auf (Macht-)Konstellationen des p\u00e4dagogischen Selbst in p\u00e4dagogischen (Bildungs-)Institutionen geworfen. Im Fokus stehen dabei Exklusion und Inklusion sowie (Re-)Produktion und Reflexion. Das p\u00e4dagogische Selbst wird dabei auf drei Ebenen beschrieben: vor dem Hintergrund gesellschaftlicher Machtverh\u00e4ltnisse (Makroebene) entworfen, auf der Ebene institutioneller Ordnungen und Settings und deren soziale Praktiken und Routinen (Mesoebene) und auf der Mikroebene des Handelns der Akteur*innen \u00fcber Inkorporationen des individuell erworbenen (beruflichen) Habitus. Damit schreiben sich diese Machtverh\u00e4ltnisse oder gesellschaftlichen Normative in die Kommunikationen und Interaktionen der Akteur*innen ein und k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber deren Analyse rekonstruiert werden. Sie werden unter Bezug auf empirisches Material kommunikationstheoretisch, anerkennungs- und adressierungstheoretisch, generational und adultismuskritisch sowie professionalit\u00e4tstheoretisch analysiert. Dabei werden Praktiken und Routinen, Anerkennungen, (Re-)Adressierungen und Inkorporationen des p\u00e4dagogischen Selbst sichtbar. Schlie\u00dflich werden Bez\u00fcge zwischen Foucaults Disziplinarmacht und der in Institutionen sich als \u201emoderne\u201c Praktiken behauptenden sog. schwarzen P\u00e4dagogik hergestellt.
