Haben sich die Akteure, Dynamiken und Austragungsformen von Kriegen in den letzten Jahren gewandelt? Ist Frieden im Angesicht internationaler Machtverschiebungen, gravierender Umweltver\u00e4nderungen und zahlreicher terroristischer Anschl\u00e4ge \u00fcberhaupt m\u00f6glich?
