Die Ausbildung von angehenden Lehrpersonen steht daher im Fokus des Bandes, wird aber auch von Beitr\u00e4gen zur Fortbildung von Lehrerinnen und Lehrern erg\u00e4nzt. Viele der vorgestellten Methoden und Verfahren wurden an deutschen Hochschulen erprobt und mancherorts auch schon implementiert. Das Buch bietet insgesamt eine empirische sowie konzeptionelle Grundlage f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung der entsprechenden Beratungskompetenzen im Lehramt und gibt Hinweise f\u00fcr den Transfer in andere Settings.
