Mit Bayern und Nordrhein-Westfalen richtet sich der Blick auf zwei Bundesl\u00e4nder, die den Schulleitungen aufgrund ihrer unterschiedlichen migrationsbezogenen Bildungspolitiken einen jeweils spezifischen institutionellen Rahmen f\u00fcr ihr Handeln bieten.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bildungsungleichheiten zwischen Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fclern mit und ohne Migrationshintergrund bestehen im Primarschulbereich nach wie vor, obwohl in den Jahren nach dem PISA-Schock vermehrt bildungspolitische Ma\u00dfnahmen etabliert wurden, eben diesen Ungleichheiten zu begegnen. Der Widerspruch zwischen Reformen und Projekten, die einerseits auf den Ausgleich migrationsbezogener Bildungsungleichheiten zielen, und die andererseits zu ihrer weitestgehenden Aufrechterhaltung beitragen, bildet das Forschungsinteresse der vorliegenden Publikation. Sie analysiert jene individuellen Sinnzuschreibungen und konstruktionen, mit denen Grundschulleitungen in Bayern und Nordrhein-Westfalen eine migrationssensible Schulentwicklung vorantreiben. Die Frage nach einer schulleitungsbezogenen (Re-)Produktion von Mechanismen einer migrationsbezogenen Benachteiligung steht dabei im Mittelpunkt.
