Beitr\u00e4ge aus verschiedenen Wissenschaftsbereichen und methodologischen Traditionen legen \u203aWegmarken\u2039 eines entsprechenden Reform-\/Transformationsprozesses in dem weiten Feld von Forschung, Lehre und hochschulische Praxis vor dem Hintergrund des Spannungsfelds zwischen Person und Institution.
